By accessing or using FrameScore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FrameScore provides AI-powered digital authority audits for creative professionals. The Service analyses your public online presence and generates a score based on data from third-party sources including Google, social media platforms, and AI language models.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer the following plans:
- Starter Audit (€10) — one-time payment, non-refundable after audit is completed
- Full Audit (€99) — one-time payment, non-refundable after audit is completed
- Pro Monitoring (€25/month) — recurring subscription, cancel anytime
Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the audit fails to complete due to a technical error on our end.
5. Audit Results
FrameScore audits are based on publicly available data at the time of the audit. Results reflect your digital presence at that moment and may change over time. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or improvement as a result of using the Service.
6. Public Ranking
By default, users with a completed audit may appear on our public industry ranking page. You may opt out of public visibility at any time through your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology within FrameScore is the property of FrameScore and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
FrameScore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
